I’m sorry to hear your issues and concerns dealing with a free givy. Shipping was done the next day, I’m sorry packaging wasn’t up to your standards and I’m sorry you didn’t receive the free givy card you were wanting ($15 card you requested as a givy and I said I would see what I could do).
