So yeah the plastic they wrap the boxes in often has a space not connecting the plastic fully when they seal the products from the factory. I got it like that too. It was in the photos. But I am sorry if it made you not as pumped when you received it☹️! I know simple things can dampen the excitement a tad. Great packaging and fast delivery!!!
