It’s always so fun shopping with you!!! paid for a heart plush and didnt receive it , i received somebody else’s item . when i reached out to seller , i was asked to send incorrect item to correct buyer . to which i had no problems so long as the buyer provided materials to ship and pay shipping costs. to which i was ghosted after that message . sucks , ima loyal buyer . it’s the small things . how do you not correct your mistake ? how do you not send a buyer what they’ve rightfully purchased? almost over a month ago i made this order . i work hard for my money and don’t enjoy being jiped and ghosted. we’re human we all make mistakes , but to just ghost me after i made the purchase and you sent the wrong item is sad. i won’t be back nor do i recommend this seller .
