No damage was done or anything the delivery was perfect Cow had a hole and refused to atleast give partial payment back after I spent almost $90 on her show . The cow that I have sent you was brand new in the box. You waited three weeks to try to get a refund and the picture you sent was not the same cow that I sent you. It was a light not a dark one. Even if the lighting was bad, there’s no way it would’ve been that light because it was really dark. . I had asked you what you wanted, but you sent it to support and then it was out of my hands.
