The items are great but the shipping box is destroyed, everything is melted despite ordering ice packs (those were also very warm), and items are busted open due to the smashed boxes. USPS does not handle with care at all. Better packaging and labels to handle with care should be required. As usual, they do it again! Chicago Exotic snacks is one of my favourite stores on What Not. The deals are insane. The shipping is fast and the packaging is perfect. I will keep going again and again. The host is the host with the most! They both was really but the matcha one was better the strawberry one was a little to much chocolate for me since it had melted a bit
More than half of my order didn't come. They said they'll check with their "pacc team" then they just kept telling me to get a refund though I told them didn't want it, I wanted the things I purchased. If I wanted the money, I wouldn't have spent it.😒 they don't even seem to care and are unprofessional. Thank you so much for the awesome givvy! Can’t wait to try them! Always fire and fresh snacks! Huge variety!
Exotic snack check em out 🔥 10/10 Waited a bit for shipping but great product, great price and great quality!! always get my package and exactly what I ordered. this seller is so nice and i never feel pressured or rushed in his shows Shipping was super fast, received my order in 3 days! But I won't buy from them again. First, my box was not sealed right, it was halfway taped when it got to me. I bought 2 ice packs because I bought 4 chocolate bars. Seller didn't even put them in the box, therefore my chocolate was melted. Defeats the whole purpose of me buying the ice packs! 🙄 Then, my package smelled like smoke when I opened it. That's just gross and unacceptable. Show notes specifically said if you bought $50 worth, you'd get 5 free snacks. I spent, didn't receive anything other than what I ordered. But, whatever, I guess. They are always changing the show notes, times and shipping of bookmarked shows. Seems sketchy to me. Good luck if you decide to buy from this shop.
