NOT HAPPY. plus cards were sent in an envelope and clear plastic bags like sandwich bags. Hi there, we are genuinely sorry that you are disappointed with your purchase. Please accept our apologies that the puzzle cards were not included, we wrongly assumed that these were not wanted, had you have contacted us, we would have sent you out a full set of the puzzle cards. The cards were sent sealed in a plastic card bag to protect them from any water damage in transit and then placed inside a reinforced cardboard backed envelope so that they wouldn’t get bent.
