I am leaving 5 star because I don't believe in bringing people down, but I do believe in telling the truth.The item I purchased and received did not match the picture of the item in the shop. I messaged the seller and her response was sorry I can give you a partial refund if you pay shipping to send it back to me 🤔 This was crazy to me, she wins all the way around and I lose. She gets the shirt to resale and half of what I paid for it, and I get 10 dollars if I spend almost 12 dollars to ship it back. I suggested I donate the shirt and for her to issue a partial refund. I felt like this was generous of me..to just be done with this 20 dollar shirt. She declines and offers to give me 13 dollars and me pay to ship it back. She then escalates it to WN because I said no. WN agrees with me and issues a full refund based on video receipt and pics. Seller then blocks me. Hi Lady, I did offer to give you a refund if you sent back the item. I did also disclose during the stream that the shirt was a raw hem on both the sleeves and the bottom of the shirt as well. I did disclose this because the picture I had created on another platform was having a hard time generating a raw hem. I am sorry you felt deceived and I was happy to work with you. I never try to do wrong by my clients and always go above and beyond for them. I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchased.
