He was quite very understanding and incredibly patient. As friendly as one can be, one who understands the greatest of jokes. An enjoyable laughable man with his fluffy assistant Chad. The Manager. He has a fantastic range of cards and collectibles in his shop and every stream feels super chill and relaxing. The soothing music in the background and Chuck's calm, friendly voice create such a cozy atmosphere where you can switch off from the stresses of the real world for a while. We picked up Pokemon, Digimon, Sanrio and My Little Pony items and were really happy with everything.
