Took a long time for delivery but I think it was on USPS issue 🙄Excellent! As a new seller, the postal service has been giving me heartburn! Some *still* dont have theirs as it states "delayed in transit" whatever that means. Thanks for your care and understanding. I so appreciate You! Hope to see you soon! I am very sad and disappointed. The head vase planter and the figurine of the birds were broken at delivery. I will want a refund please of these two items. Neither of them were wrapped properly for a safe delivery. Thank you...wow... as a new seller, this review sure does hurt. I apologized profusely and THE MINUTE I saw the support ticket, I refunded you IMMEDIATELY - no questions asked. You never even responded to my personal message. Just a nasty review. This is sad. We are human. We are learning. We were so very sorry and have put in more procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again. While we definitely have learned to bubblewrap and bubblewrap even more , the post office has been brutal with the shipments. It is ashame you felt the need to do this.
