It took me an hour to cut them off, and then gave it to my neighbor’s teenage daughter. What a waste of money. I gave 3 stars because the seller was pretty good. Hi, the items on my show are all pre owned items which means most likely have been worn and washed previously! I shop at a goodwill bins outlet and I’m very selective of the condition the items I pick up for you guys. I don’t recall this item being in terrible washed condition! It was a lace shall with fringe at the bottom. I apologize the fringe was maybe tangled while packaging item. I would’ve of loved to help you with your concern and work something out with you before this review. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Wow such great deals! Thank you! Everything was perfect!
