Reviews (4,463)My 3rd candle I’ve purchased and 2 of the 3 have been melted during shipping. They did replace the first one and not complained about the 2nd cuz obviously there’s no one here!! And they shipping packs a box the candle could be wrap and stood up in but instead give a way bigger box then wrap the candle put on its side?? Rumors are Pedro was fired and that’s the only person I ever seen on here representing the products. Bad move cuz he was great! Main reason I became familiar with your products.
