Great cards and quality service. great all turned up in great condition, very pleased with what we got thank you Seems like a genuine seller but after delayed shipping when my parcel arrived an item I payed for was missing when contacting the seller their reasoning was they had a lot of parcels so my item was probably put in the wrong parcel by mistake. Issued refund and dealt with efficiently but with the combination of issues doesnt fill me with confidence for any possible purchases in future. The items that did arrive were as described and safely packaged for delivery on a more positive note.I’m disappointed in this review. While I can appreciate the frustration of items taking a while to arrive, your order was placed on a Friday and shipped on the following Tuesday. Weekends are not counted within the business days shipping window. This was also on top of the fact that we’ve had a very busy stream too with 500+ auctions. You also did not mention about any issues with your first order made, that’s assuming that order was fine? You had one card missing from the bunch and for that I apologise. I provided a refund, and even offered to add the card into your next order… Excellent cards, great selection!
