I'm removing one star for shipping. The paper was packed in a lightweight box that was struggling to hold the weight and was falling apart when it arrived. I also felt the shipping charges were higher than necessary. Based on my experience, it seems the order could have been shipped in three flat-rate boxes (about $9.21 each) instead of one large shipment. I paid $65 for shipping, which felt excessive.
I'm also removing a star because I never received a response to my inquiry list. I wasn't sure if my message had been missed, but I did feel a bit ghosted.
That said, the product itself was excellent, and I would purchase from this seller again. In the future, I would simply request that, when multiple shipping charges are being paid, the items be sent in multiple packages rather than bundled into one. I recently purchased a selection of high-end and often hara-to-find scrapbook paper from your store on two occasions. The items arrived promptly and were securely wrapped. I appreciate the reasonable prices and the prompt delivery. However, I encountered an issue with the shipping fees. As per your suggestion, I contacted Whatnot and received a partial refund for the fees. Unfortunately, the shipping fees were significantly higher compared to other sellers I've purchased from on Whatnot. I wish you future success in your paper selling business.
