The box and tape had a heavy cigarette smoke. buyer wanted refund minutes after i shipped do to owning it already and one review where somebody said smoke wich is possible i missed cleaning one tape as i buy lots off people i did clean this tape though 100% buyer claimed he already has the movie and couple other sellers said they have had issues to with buyer i believe this is retaliation to not refunding since i just shipped it. all my tapes are cleaned with rubbing alcohol as other sellers say thats the best way to clean smell or no smell i clean every tape.
