I ordered from this seller on August 24th. I got the run around for my shipping and everything else you could think of.. Then They messaged around September 10th with a whole message saying my family this and that.. then my shipment for delivery got refunded. My pickup (this order) was to be attached and put onto that label.. so I don’t get any of those items either. Very unfortunate they went this route. I wouldn’t even give this a 1star if it was possible.. you guys made the label, said the build a bag option was available and kept the items. (Yes I got a refund BECAUSE i went to whatnot but the prizes I won and boxes is what I wanted) Unfortunately I bought a label one month ago and still haven't received any of my cards some of which were good hits. Some communication early that they were delayed but now it's been silence as I've been following up with them. First seller I've had issues with so far on here so hoping I can recoup my money spent even if I don't get the hits which are probably worth more. Had a shipment that was set for pick up, i messed the seller to add it to a shipment I already had paid shipping on, the streamer never returned my message and and I still don’t have my stuff. Great show! Packing is perfect! Recommended only had QR cards and garbage EX cards. sounded like a couple of young bros that didn't know anything about Pokémon that were just in it for a quick buck while the hype is high. overpriced for QR codes.We’re sorry you feel this way, but this review is misleading and does not accurately reflect what took place. You voluntarily purchased a wheel spin knowing the outcome was based entirely on chance. Unfortunately, you did not land on a larger prize and received a designated losing spot.
We also want to clarify the “garbage EX” comment. The card referenced was a Shiny Rayquaza EX XY69 promo valued around $280.

I’ll be buying again, thank you :) Messaged them a week ago, telling them when I received my package, it was opened and was never actually shut. The plastic was still over the sticky adhesive part and never pulled off. They have yet to reply to my message or do anything about it. They charge me 57$ to pick up my package when I paid seller shipping !Clearly a fake review as what not handles all of the shipping details from the payment to label creation directly themselves and sellers have no involvement with the shipping cost or fees what so ever. Everything was awesome!!! As always I appreciate you guys!!! I didn’t get the card it said I would get
