What is wrong with people the package came in the mail but it wasn't the lab diamond that I bought or the cuban chain give away I won but i received pack or japanese card ??? not good business The diamonds are extremely small my friend they may be overlooked - if you threw your bag away go back and grab it asap ! The diamonds I received tested as fake, and the Cuban link I purchased also tested as having fake diamonds. I reached out to the seller asking for a refund and was told no. I also noticed the seller seems to rebut nearly every negative review rather than take accountability and do what it’s right for the customer. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this seller again. Buyer beware!!This Person asked for a refund & told me he would leave a positive review if I did.
I try to do the best I can running a small business but this is the kind of actions that make it hard. The diamonds were all real and tested as anyone who has purchased them knows. They do a show where you can guess a number and win a lab grown diamond. I had guessed and number and “won” the 3 carat diamond. The seller confirmed the order. Then the next day cancelled with a note of “I’m sorry”. I had messaged the seller about why it was randomly cancelled. They ended up blocking me. Never providing me with an answer and never giving me the diamond I had purchased. Very disappointed and frustrated with the situation. To anyone reading 📖 This persons payment failed & she did end up winning the bid on a large stone but tried to fix payment after the fact. She spent a total of $16 and received much more than she had deserved after seeing this review. I Was unable to reason with her and ultimately was blocked.
This is not the kind of thing that happens often but it does happen. This situation was sticky & partially my fault by revealing a win before verifying a successful payment but I navigated it the best I could. Thank you, quick shipping and a nice chill stream! Champion 💪 I got what I wanted and it shipped to me quick everything was good but I won a givvy and the card was taped to the 151 box I got and you cant get the tape off without ripping the plastic on the box I was going to keep it seald but now im going to have to open it .Ah man super sorry that happened. I should have thought about that - that’s on me. We will get you another box my friend , with no tape on it. I’ve got some more coming in soon 4 boxes were sent in a bubble mailer and they've now all been crushed Take pictures and message me. We will get you your money back friend.
