Thanks I usually never leave a bad review but I just received my package and unfortunately a lot of my pops boxes where in really bad condition to the point where a lot of my pops have to be out of the box pops, I got a few of them for my collection or for christmas presents and I unfortunately can't gift them or use them for my collection 🫤 all my pops where just thrown in a big box, they weren't wrapped and didn't have any stuffing or anything, I also do have really bad asthma and the boxes smelled a lot like cigarette smoke 🫤 but besides that the sellers where really sweet and nice and I really enjoyed watching their show and be part of the game they had going on that day! You may have the wrong seller? We wrap all our Funkos in bubble wrap and put 6 fragile stickers on each package. I’m honestly very confused? Awesome sellers! Received package exactly as it was shown on the show. There was a strong smell of smoke though when we received it, but other then that the whole process was perfect. thanks alot for the awsome pops and a great show Great seller, fast and careful shipper. I can’t control how long the post office takes especially during a major holiday and Black Friday. I’m not rude I just don’t appreciate getting yelled at for something I don’t have no control over. Your Funkos did not have damage buyers like you just lie to have something to complain about. Shipping took forever which is weird bc I ordered the same night someone else in my house did & they got their package a couple days later. Messaged them said they went on vacation, probably shouldn't be selling if you don't plan on shipping out & just going MIA. Also, forgot to include my giveaway win. I understand being a small business but customer service is important too! I shouldn’t be selling even though you got what you ordered? Weird Disappointed took almost a month to get my packages! SMH You ordered on November 25th and received your funkos December 10th. That isn’t even two weeks? Please stop lying we are a small business doing what we can to get your product to you safe without damage.
