My experience was… less than stellar with this order… There were several issues. The first, 2 of the stone arrived damaged - one of which, the back was shattered and crumbling. The other, some edges of the fluorite cubes were broken off. Contacted the seller & they offered a refund of less than what the shipping charges I paid for the order. Secondly and most importantly, I was sold 3-4lbs of material, but was only given 1lb 9.5oz. Had to escalate to WhatNot support but after speaking with them, all the time away from work, expenses, and effort it would have taken to return the items, it would have nullified a good portion of my refund, making the only logical decision being to keep the subpar materials. It is unfortunate to say, but please pay very close attention to what you are buying, the condition it is in, and the advertised weight at which it is being sold. Hopefully, what happened to me is a one off situation and others will have a better experience than I did. Amazing seller! So helpful! Willing to find special pieces and super knowledgeable!
