It arrived today, the box smashed, fragile tape all stuck over it, missing the remote control, and the unit damaged at the rear. Its either been damaged in transit and the postal service just taped the box up or it was sent without any protective packing to protect it. it certainly doesn't look brand new, more of a returned item the condition it arrived in. Either way it's poor packaging or poor delivery service. Very happy with my item, thank you! Arrived in good time it’s a gift for my sister so haven’t unboxed as yet Good condition
