This was a FREE Givey and was shipped via PWE. The package was scanned and accepted at the post office when it was shipped, as shown in the photo proof. USPS will sometimes mark PWE mail as delivered before it actually arrives, so the delivery scan isn’t always accurate. Unfortunately, once it’s in USPS’s possession, the delivery timing is outside of our control. We did our part and shipped it as promised. We hope it arrives soon! well packed and exactly what I won. Your total purchase was $11, so under the stated rules, only the qualifying hits were shipped. The rules were disclosed throughout the stream, and we followed them exactly as stated.
