He charged me $15 for shipping and then when I told him that the shipping was high he said I will give you an Amazon gift card. He threw the Amazon gift card in my package. It has a zero balance on it what a fraud. Not happy at all with my purchase ! Thank you for the hat and the flower. Everything was great, one whoopsie but all good! I got my package today. Haven't responded to my messages. Package arrived and was what I purchased, but the postage on the package was not enough to cover shipping, I ended up having to pay extra postage upon delivery.
