- Cheers and Thank You❗️ Sold spots for a Topps Chrome case they likely never even had. Took over 3 weeks to get a refund. Needed WhatNot support to actually get it done. Use caution See below. These guys are amateurs and you should not waste your money buying anything from them. Unfortunate because I enjoyed the break. I just heard nothing from them afterwards. They did not respond to any of my questions and took over a week to mail out my items.
They did not even respond to a quick question immediately after the break. Their communication sucks and it was a disappointing experience overall. Will not be coming back. I messaged the seller multiple times after the break with questions and they did not respond at all
During the break, I asked about a base card that I wanted, and they said to message them privately which I did. Of course that didn’t deliver either.
They are very unprofessional, and I would agree with the other feedback that has been left recently. They are not worth wasting your money on. Their packaging was horrendous. No top loaders for most of the cars and very little protection. Most of them were in a bag. At least they were not Ziploc at this time
I would spend your money elsewhere. Not recommended. I never want to leave bad reviews but this was one of the worst purchase experiences I've had on whatnot. Took over 3 weeks to ship, barely any communication unless I hunted him down in his stream. He seems like a nice guy, but his shipping is atrocious. Purchased 3 times before receiving my shipment. First shipment, he didn't send half the order, I asked him, he said he would send it next day, never came. Spent several hundred more on a few big cards and auctions on 2 different days. For one set of auctions, he sent me someone else's entire order and none of my cards. Whatnot refunded, but that's a ridiculous mistake when someone buy a $100 card. The second order came but was missing portions of my order, he sent the cards in no penny sleeves, in ziploc bags, loosely placed in a box. He blamed it on who he hired to ship, except that several reviews in the past few months said they received shipments the same way. Just an awful experience, whuch is a shame, deals too good to be true. Shipping label prints same day but shipped 3+ weeks later. Not for me. Sad — bec I like the presentation and product. ALMOST 1K SPENT! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! MISSING HITS AND PACKS! (JJ , MADE, ALL PACKS I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE AND MORE) 21 DAYS TO RECIEVE, 15 DAYS TO SHIP. CARDS SHIPPED IN ZIPLOCKS WITH NO PROTECTION AND DAMAGED! 1ST AND LAST TIME! I’ve never left a bad review but this was ridiculous. 10 days before it shipped, came not even in penny sleeves but in sandwich bags. Spent over $200 and the two most expensive cards were missing. Waited a couple of days to leave review to give seller a chance to reply to message to make it right. Nothing. Buyer beware. Shipping took forever but it was packaged nice. Cards were in good shape. It was stated as 9 days, took longer to leave and 9 days is a long time already. I was informed the cards would mostly be shipped in toploaders but instead they were just put in a sandwich bag which damaged some of the cards Was supposed to get a few packs as a Givvy - never came.
