I messaged the seller and unfortunately I was having trouble getting a refund through whatnot. She told me she was going to reach out and she would get back to me but now it's been 4 days and I yet to hear anything. Even though I'm annoyed at whatnot for not making this easy, I'd never be in this situation to begin with if I didn't get a product with a whole in it to begin with. There's plenty of other sellers I've bought from who sells skims, this isn't one I recommend. Fast shipping and suuuuper sweet host. She even takes the time to write little notes.
