This was my first purchase from this shop so this is based on my personal experience and impression. The issue I had was that my package was forwarded to a different address because of either “forwarding instructions” I never gave or an incorrect address or zip code on the label according to USPS. I’ve never experienced this before and I shop a lot so it was odd. There’s a section within your orders called “photo proof of shipment” where sellers usually upload a picture of the shipping label. I checked, there wasn’t one for this order. So I messaged the seller, never got a response. I had no idea whether it was their mistake or USPS. Eventually my package showed up after having to wait a week to submit a missing package request with USPS and the box was squished. The seller ignoring my message and not responding to try and help get it figured out is unprofessional to me which is why I gave 3 stars.
