One of my bundled shipments was missing an item and I am more than understanding, especially since I’ve never had any issues with this seller. I didn’t get a response when I tried to reach out so I ended up having to go through what not customer support. I still plan to support this shop and believe it was truly just a packaging error! I was just hopeful to receive the pants before resorting to a refund. They were really cute pants lol. Thank you for cute hair clips in the giveaway!
