very fast shipping and clothing items were packed folded neatly!! one of the parcel boxes itself had been damaged during transit I believe where the bottom had opened, however I would like to note this is NOT the sellers fault—I have had my parcels have similar damages occur during transit before by the same delivery service occasionally. thought to mention in case there are any further protective measures that could be taken! ❤️
thankfully none of the items themselves were damaged! no weird smells and kitty approved once more, all clothing is in excellent condition, sizing was true to description during live show and me and my sister are in love with the pieces you picked out!

Highly recommend this seller! Two items I ordered had stains on them that weren’t mentioned and not just little spots like a big noticeable stain… Brihalme I'm so sorry about that, I rewatched the video and didn't see anything on your items. I promise had I seen it I would have said something or not ran them to begin with. The only thing I can think of is if something happened during packaging or shipping. Again I apologize and assure it was not intentional. hihi, ordered 17 clothing items and all of which arrived safe and sound!!

one of my cats, starlight – cat in my current profile picture, came over to check out the packages and could not stop sniffing the clothes for a solid ~3 mins so safe to say no weird smells, kitty approved!!
the items I ordered for myself fit true to how they were described in the live show!! some of the items I bought are for my sister so waiting for her to try those on right now. she loves the pieces picked out for her at first glance though!
