Hi! We strongly disagree with this claim as the product is 100% authentic sourced from an original sealed box batch and multiple units from the same batch has been sold without any complaints. Dear, you were lucky to win the product for £5 in an auction (normally £34). Tbh, I would’ve snapped accept your cancellation request without thinking if you made a request to cancel your order.
