Reviews (328)As a newer buyer on the platform, this was a learning experience for me. I recently purchased a tan pre-loved Coach Mollie during a live show, and unfortunately, the condition of the bag was not what I expected based on the one imperfection mentioned during the live.
Upon receiving it, I noticed additional wear, including tarnished gold hardware, a stained interior, and the strap tabs that appeared to be tearing at the seams.
I recognize that I may have missed the listing photos, and I take responsibility for that as a new buyer. However, I would encourage sellers to make sure all significant imperfections are clearly highlighted during live show and not leave it to the buyer to comb through photos during a 10-20 sec bidding.
I did reach out to the seller and he was nice enough to hear me out and offered for me to send it back. So, I did appreciate his approach to the matter, which is why I didn’t score him extremely low. I chose to keep the bag and maybe get the tabs fixed. Great deals and fast shipping! I’m very satisfied with my purchases. The seller wants his buyers to buy with confidence. I’m very appreciative that the seller takes his time describing the items. I don’t feel pressured to swipe and there’s no sudden death. I can’t wait until the next show, before Black Friday. Purchase two great Coach bags. One was a crossbody and the other was a shoulder bag. Both are just as described, if they’re flaws he’ll point them out. The seller takes his time describing the items to the buyer and like he said, “he wants his buyers to buy with confidence.” There’s no music playing in the background, his tone and pitch is even leveled and he’s not yelling at his buyers to “swipe.” Can’t wait until the next show, before Black Friday.
