After reaching out to him he promised to send the missing stormtrooper to me. A week went past and I reached out to him again about where my minifigure could be. He replied saying that he would chase it up with the post office. A couple of days after that I reached out to him again and got ghosted. I have sent many more messages since then to him with no reply. This is very disappointing from a seller with such high feedback from everyone else.
