Had to be done intentionally. Mann I don’t know what happened but I’m sorry for your loss. I would never intentionally do such a thing. I’d love to take back the item and issue you a refund since your so un happy and left me my very first bad review?? The coin holder is plastic and easy to replace I’m sorry.
