They were well packaged but one literally fell apart in my hand when I opened it. I went directly to the seller and requested 2 new capsules. I was told that they would be sent with my next order after it was implied that I broke them. There is a limited number of items in the shop and I have most of them and every time a show was scheduled, it got rescheduled. I've been trying for 3 days and now the next show is tomorrow To top it all off, I've now missed the return window waiting on a show, so no capsules and no refund. Great customer service. I won't go back in another show, assuming one ever happens. Best in the biz and not enough people know it, thank you so much. God bless you!
