I reached out seller for missing item from purchase, they said it was inventory issue. I asked for a refund on the single spin that did not get sent. They said they would fulfill the order with a bonus. New tracking was never provided item still has not arrived 2 weeks after they said it shipped. Buyer beware this is my first negative post in the community what a shame. Gave seller multiple chances to make it right.For transparency — this buyer is now running their own Whatnot show and is using the exact items they won in my show as prizes in theirs. The claim that nothing arrived is misleading. While there may have been some back-and-forth on one order, the reality is the items were delivered and are already being resold.
