so your saying a one Troy oz silver round isn't silver or the Mexican peso is not .10% silver or the Canadian quarters/ dimes are not .50% silver nor are the .90% silver Roosevelt dimes sounds like you need to do research because they do contain silver some were from silverdanb so your saying he scammed me?
