Sold me two broken brooches without stating they were missing parts, once I realized I asked if he could swap the two broken out for just one that wasn’t broken (they had many multiples of the same brooch) The seller refused to do so and rly just wasn’t the best and communicating with viewers on their stream. beautiful piece and great deal. much appreciated the seller! the packaging just could have been a little cleaner but very happy!
