Reviews (779)Absolutely lovely little Betsy Johnson makeup pallette. cute and an ideal Christmas present 🎁 thank you and speedy delivery 🚚 ❤️ An orange bag....who knew this is just what I needed....our first outing yesterday...absolutely love it....thank you Lucy, you are FAB 💚💚💚 x x x Lovely lady but unfortunately most of my order was damaged. As a lot of buyers on this platform sell damaged clothes, I am the one to get penalised on whatnot. I asked for help and was told I would have to contact whatnot. No accountability. Stained goods which weren't disclosed. Also stickers left on from a previous seller so they are just passing on crap to others. If I hear someone say its vintage what do you expect one more time ffs..... Be upfront and apologise. Losing a lot of money when I shouldn't be the one out of pocket. Wow I'm so shocked by this! Never have I, nor would I, ever say 'It's vintage what do you expect' .. thats not how I speak to my customers! This is untrue.
I absolutely did apologise for the marks on the tshirts I had missed, I never want my customers to be unhappy, and I also told you how to get a refund from whatnot. The refund process has changed now and now the sellers are in control but when you contacted me I was not able to refund. You literally HAD to go through whatnot for them to release the refund, I didn't have the means to do that! This review is unfair and untrue. Loved my order! Spot on as always!! You have such cute stuff! Unique items not found anywhere else.
