Reviews (908)WARNING! I wish i new before but from looking ooking at the previous customer ratings, im not the only one for big items purchased are coincidentally missing from packages. I purchased a $5 Gold Indian coin but was missing from package.. Seller blamed postal service. I reported issue with Whatnot and got the BS reply that im making a "false claim fraud" and threaten me with a warning to "Restrict my account". Such BS!!! Items were conveniently missing from package. Seems to be common occurrence when you buy big items going by some of the other reviews from same show. Package arrives in untampered condition and he then blames the post office Great service. Item as described. Good price and packaging. Reached out, the coin I paid for is not in the package. Conveniently, the only coin missing was the $890 purchase, all others were in the package.
Hopefully it is an honest mistake and we get this taken care of and my review will be back to 5 stars. 3 of 4 items missing from package. Seller said items have been stolen from drop off . I made one purchase from seller, should only be one package.
Package arrived missing 3 items. Package not tampered with. The other 3 items were never sent. No more communication from seller.
If items have been stolen from drop off, why still use that drop off and not take to post office??
