Reviews (1,137)hi im missing 4 items from my order,the order numbers are 171, 153, 154, 158 as nothing has been done about it iv had to put this up . as whatnot wont even get in touch with me and the options are all wrong the seller said I have to contact whatnot and it says I can't do anything at this time so would like a refund please sort this thanks I have sent you messages everyday to keep you updated, I’ve explained how to contact whatnot, there is no option my end to issue a refund, I even contacted whatnot on your behalf to state that you can’t get in contact with them. I’ve apologised for the missing items, all other items have arrived safely. And I am happy to issue a refund, however I can’t go any quicker than whatnot will allow me to. Your review is completely unfair, especially when the option for you to contact whatnot has been taken out of my hands. Having looked at the video receipts I can see you ordered bundles, this is why we always reiterate across the stream to read the show notes before purchasing as it states there, cards in bundles may be slightly curved but just need flattening. So I think accuracy was spot on for this
