Reviews (2)Cost $320 but with taxes and shipping came up to $357 plus interest, so I nearly paid over $400 which is alot for this rare item to arrive defective with the zippers stuck with hair in them and the hair braids loose and shabby. It was poorly packaged, The braids should have been separated and in tact and tied or sealed, so that it isn’t loose bumping and flying and moving loosely around all in the box and getting stuck on the metals and spikes of her choker and zippers. Please do better as a seller. I loved this item dearly to my heart & had been searching for it for nearly 3 years now, only to finally find it with it arriving in this way and me paying the money I did and saving up my hard earned money for this backpack, with it not arriving perfect as told by you that it was. Extremely disappointed and only ask u take that into consideration to your customers by packaging things better & be more upfront and honest that there were issues with it instead of seeming as if there were not.
