Reviews (614)I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Out of the 6 items I purchased, one was missing entirely. Additionally, 3 of the 5 hanging rings for the pendants were not included, making them unusable as intended.
I attempted to reach out to the seller multiple times to resolve the issue privately, but I never received any response. I had no choice but to escalate the matter through the platform’s resolution process, which I was hoping to avoid. It’s frustrating to have to go through extra steps to get what I paid for, and I hope the seller improves their customer service. This sellers shows are always fun! You won’t find better bargains on pens or supplies than here! Buy with confidence! Only one complaint the stickers you put on the pens with our names on it. They kinda leave residue and get stuck on there. What happened to most of my pens they don’t peel right off. Robin is a top notch seller!! Always happy with my purchases.
