All my fragile items made it safe and sound The box was damaged when it arrived. The bottom was opened. There was a lot of extra space in the package and the items were not secured. No bubble wrap used on delicate items. No damaged noticed at this time but would have preferred the blanket not to be used to the wrap the picture. We’re glad to hear that all of your items arrived safely and without any damage. We do find it unfortunate to receive a 2-star packaging rating when the items arrived safely and undamaged AND box damage is not on us, we can’t help what happens once we ship it. We take care to package our vintage items securely, and we’ll continue doing so. Arrived in great packaging and in great condition! Awesome! Smoke smell was overwhelming! Otherwise it was fine.
