My order had far more callouts than were mentioned or shown on the live stream. The bag was never shown up close and only mentioned pen marks inside which were visible from a distance. When I received the bag, I opened it immediately as I was excited for my purchase but the item was in more of a Fair to Good condition than Very Good. There was pet hair/dirt in the pockets, significant rubbing, cracking on the straps, tarnishing on the metal. Reached out to the seller and sent photos regarding this and she told me that is not how she sent the bag to me. So how else would the bag have gotten that worn?? I opened it moments after delivery. I would have respected simple honesty about the oversight but instead she refused to correct the issue or refund and told me to contact Whatnot. This is very poor customer service.An immediate reply was sent to the seller. Upon inspection of the video receipt, callouts were mentioned and the pocket was shown. None of the callouts mentioned were evident. When I reached back out to the buyer, she made accusations. It was suggested that she contact whatnot because there appeared to be no way to satisfy this buyer. I am saddened by this transaction as I endeavor to be transparent and honest in every sale and communication with all buyers. I absolutely loved my MK! Bought it for a gift and I just might keep it. Chris's purses are always extremely nice! Very fast shipping and a nice surprise! Thank you so much! I absolutely love every item I get from this amazing woman!!
