Bubble wrap would’ve been ideal at a minimum Thanks for the honest feedback. Sorry the folder wasn’t better protected in transit. I’ve since upgraded my packaging process and added more padding to help prevent this happening again. I appreciate your support and feedback - as it helps to improve and does not go unnoticed.
