What impressed me just as much was the wonderful customer service. The owners were incredibly kind and even kept track of my package to make sure it arrived safely. They also included a few unexpected gifts with my order, which was such a sweet surprise. The extras certainly weren’t necessary—the quality of the items and the exceptional service were more than enough to make me a very happy customer—but the gesture says so much about the care they put into their business.
