Really appreciate you choosing me and I’d love to make your next custom tumbler whenever you’re ready! Absolutely exceptional from start to finish! I ordered several custom cups as gifts and loved how personalized the entire experience was. I chose the cup size and style, glitter style and color, and the wrap, and then got to watch each one being made during the live show!
His attention to detail and the care he puts into every item is exceptional. I was never rushed. He took his time to make sure every detail was exactly right and that each cup was perfectly personalized.
What makes the experience even more special is that he genuinely gets to know his customers. Even the unexpected little extras he included were thoughtfully chosen based on things he had learned about me.
The finished cups are beautiful, high quality, and truly unique. I am so excited to give them as Christmas gifts. Wonderful craftsmanship and genuinely personal customer service. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!
