They're pretty much in a hole..This buyer happily purchased one of my cards at a below market rate and received next day shipping. They then made an offer on a different card by DM more than $500 below listing and got upset when I laughed at their disrespect. I hope in the future my buyers will rate me based solely on the experience they have purchasing my cards.
