The muffins are MUCH smaller than they look and the packaging was terrible. The carton they were in was opened and the muffins were spilled in the box with cinnamon all over. Taste like box mix. VERY disappointed. You only paid for 1 (4 pack) which was $5. I only shipped you what you paid for. I’m sorry you were disappointed but shipping baked goods has been a challenge and you knew that when you purchased. I’m not sure how many muffins you thought you should get for $5? The coffee cake was delicious. Lots of the cinnamon crumble on top. Apple fitter I microwaved and was moist, nice flavor. I the oatmeal sandwich cookies was a harder cookie than I expected but flavor was good. Oreo cake was moist & delicious. 7 layer cookie was hugeThank you so much for you positive review!!! Box was damaged, cake icing was hard and the one slice was out of the container. The only thing I would say to the seller is figure a better way to pkg the cakes and possibly try to do something about shipping❤️I hate your package was sent all over the US 🤦♀️the shipping label was correct but the usps sent it to the wrong place …. My Oreo and my cake was both throwed out the containers so I had to throw them awayI’m really sorry this happened. I was my first sale and I have gotten packing/shipping down now. Shipping is hard when we don’t have the option to send it UPS and every thought it was labeled “fragile” the post office still throws it around. I am now only shipping priority mail I hope this will be better. The chocolate frosting was brittle and very old tasting. It had the texture of old dried putty. but once you knocked it off, the cake itself wasn't bad. very heavy definitely not worth 35 dollars plus al.ost 20 dollar shipping. it's just pound cake. ill never buy from. her again. Pound cake is a very heavy/dense cake if you have homemade pound cake. I’m sorry again you weren’t happy. I really hate doing this, and I hope that in future the seller will change the way they mail their product. The banana bread arrived with 1/2 of it damaged, but I think I can still eat it. Not presentable for taking to the family reunion, though. The butter pecan was much smaller than I anticipated. Plus, it was smashed into pieces.. I guess I was expecting an actual full size cake to take to the reunion..
the packaging was subpar and these two items were mailed in a poly bag, and no cooling. I would suggest that cakes and breads not be mailed in plastic bags.. a box should have been used to at least deter smashing of the cakes and bread.I’m very sorry this happened. This was my very first sale on whatnot. When you contacted me I immediately sent you a full refund. I am learning how all of this works and my second sale was much better. Thanks for understanding.
