This is bad business and I do not recommend buying from them! I spent money now that I can’t get back or get the product I bought. Mad is an understatement. Sorry but never received. Went to post office and no packages waiting for me. I check my mail box twice a day and nothing from this seller. spent over 70$ dollars and never received anything. its been almost 4 weeks. this Chanel is trash. Great stickers. Thank you!! I initially thought they hadn’t really sent my cups although you can clearly see that they printed a label and all. I ordered these cups on 5/20/26. I received my cups. I honestly believe somebody in my neighborhood stole them but decided to do the ethical thing and bring them to me. They are beautiful tumblers. Thank you. I do apologize for thinking my items weren’t sent. I feel like a fool. Glad you got them finally we strive for the best but usps has been giving us the shaft lately a lot of missing packages but if you don’t get it we will make sure you get your money back one way or another we will make it right Thank you for the giveaway💙 1st of all both shipments I got took FOREVER to get. If you say you are going to get products fast, it should come fast. sometimes usps take forever, but this wasnt the case. several times I checked USPS for tracking and shipment update, none where loaded. second, the owners where extremely rude and blocked me after giving an honest review the 1st set of cups I got. which where not as wr had discussed. in the video he says... ill throw in some extra for you, something special.. I know it isn't a must, I appreciate it, but he didnt send anything extra. if you say youre going to send it, do it... dont NOT do it, just because you are upset about a review. he threatened to cancel my order and I told him go ahead and do so, instead he held the order for a long time and proceeded to block and unblock me after I messaged another account about how unprofessional what he did was. I take all reviews like a grain of salt... you have to in any I industryWell if you were banned before you definitely banned now sister second time you choose to leave a negative review but you keep on coming back to buy more make your mind up Karen. This is family right here they go above and beyond for you . They can make you anything you want . And they treat you

Good laughs and great character don’t miss out when they go live did not get the item If it’s a Givy I don’t have control over usps you can always send us a message no need to be negative I've ordered multiple cups always.A 5 star always outstanding, beautiful work.I resell these cups and i'm telling you , i've got orders for them from the same people my grandkids love the cups. they looked just like they show them. no distortion or or u eveness. they do a great job with custom tumblers.. shipping took forever.. I know this may not have been there fault. so I didnt put that on them... I hate to do this, but the image i wanted doesnt have the background like I wanted so its pretty plain. a little disappointing I was thinking they where going to have the original background with the image as requested. I love them and products are quality. just the images got messed up sad day. they did a fantastic job on my tumblers.
