The wig came packaged nicely however, it had a horrible smell. I ran a comb through the fibers and the ends were matted. The fibers felt the same as Barbie doll hair. I tried to shampoo the wig and it matted up much more. I gave up and tossed it into the garbage. always has great products and amazing quality and prices absolutely stunning wig and I love my purchases from this seller I absolutely love the wigs I got from the seller Looks just like pictures.
