Great seller everything looked great A+ Says he double sold a spot to me, it hits a $200 card, I have to reach out to him after the card isn’t in my shipment. He initially offers a $8 refund of the spot, we talked a bit and then he offered a refund of all my spots, about $50 total. I said thanks that will work and even said I wouldn’t leave a bad review as a kind gesture, he then says he only processed the $8 refund and reported me to whatnot for threatening a bad review. I never once threatened a bad review and only offered that I wasn’t leaving a bad one. He had many opportunities to make this right and chose wrong time and time again. If you double sell a spot, first it’s up to you to reach out first, second it’s up to you to cover any financial losses from the double sell, and third you don’t report people who give you the chance to make it right. I would avoid this breaker completely. I didn’t report you just the conversation to reach out to to whatnot. I also was going to originally just refund the spot and decided I would refund the order but after reviewing whatnot guidelines you are not allowed to refund the whole order only 1 which thats what I reached out to whatnot to do mistakes happen and that was my way to make it right.
