I purchased a Crustle illustration rare from Black Bolt for $2 on 02/22/26. I got an email that it was shipped on 02/28/26. On 03/10/26, the status of my package was set to delivered, but it never arrived. I waited a couple more weeks before reaching out to the seller on 03/21/26 (this was my mistake) and my message was ignored until 03/28/26. The seller said he “reached out to Whatnot to request a refund”, but that never happened. I reached out to cruzinthrifts again on 03/31/26 to see if he could help me with a refund, but never got a response. As of writing this review (04/09/26), I have been blocked.
I’m confused because cruzinthrifts has plenty of 5-star reviews and seems to be a reputable seller, but the lack of responses and willingness to help me + the block leads me to believe otherwise. Quick shipping, mint condition. I bought 3 cards and got 1 and it’s not any of the ones I even bought Delivery, was great, Great packaging, cards arrived in awesome condition, over all 5 ⭐️ great seller! item arrived in great condition Arrived in perfect condition!!
